JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION
Responsible for designing and developing .NET applications for the enterprise with focus on the middle-tier and front end. Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance for live or existing applications. Will lead and mentor team.

LOCATION: This job is fully remote eligible within the United States. If located in Jacksonville, FL some onsite may be required.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides .NET design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy.Develops front end of applications using Angular and Javascript.Leads team in development and assists in managing workload for prioritization.Mentors developers in proper development and SDLC techniques.Develops application and custom integration solutions; solutions include enhancements and interfaces, functions and features.Uses a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers.Provides solid knowledge and skill regarding the integration of applications across the business segment.Determines specifications, then plans, designs and develops moderately complex software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes - either individually or in concert with project team.Will assist in resolving support problems.Recommends C# programming, development standards, procedures, and programming architectures for code reuse.Has solid knowledge of state-of-the art programming languages (C#) and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging .NET programs.Understands and consistently applies the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies.Assists in SharePoint development as needed.Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business.Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Applications Architect IV
Expert professional role. Works independently on many information technology projects frequently as a project leader and subject matter expert. Works on large, complex architecture issues or projects that require increased skill in multiple IT functional areas. Requires extensive knowledge of architecture issues, techniques and implications across all existing computer platforms. May manage or serve as a project leader for information technology projects or the applications architecture components of projects. Must have extensive knowledge of applications architecture. May coach more junior staff. Typically requires twelve (12) or more years of experience in information technology with at least eight (8) years of experience working in applications architecture.

Being an experienced technologist with technical depth and breadth, aided with strong interpersonal skills, you will work directly with customers as part of a professional services delivery team helping to enable innovation through continuous delivery across technology stacks and creating robust solution designs that align to business goals. Your insight and experience will help our delivery teams build architectures and provide prescriptive guidance across network, storage, operating systems, virtualization, RDBMS & NoSQL databases, security, and automation. In addition, you will work with mid-tier technologies that include application integration, in-memory caches, security, and much more!

The qualified GCP Cloud Architect will have demonstrated the ability to think strategically about businesses, create technical definitions around customer objectives in complex situations, develop solution strategies, motivate & mobilize resources, and deliver results. The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado applicants for this role is $154,600 - $208,400. Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

+ 5 years of experience in architecture/microarchitecture in one or more of the following: coherent fabrics, caches, fabrics, input-output memory management unit, quality of service, and/or memory systems

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience with C or C++ coding languages

+ Experience in SoC system pre-silicon and/or post-silicon performance analysis and tuning

+ Understanding of full software stacks, including Android, drivers, and applications

+ Collaborate with hardware and software architects to define architecture and microarchitecture features for coherent fabric.

+ Interface with security and memory-system architects to refine and improve the architecture.

+ Author hardware architectural specifications for coherent fabric and its CPU/SoC interfaces.

+ Coordinate with Modeling teams to develop C-models, and with Performance teams to simulate and analyze performance, power, and area tradeoffs.
