What youll do
Self-perform commercial work across multiple scopes (see below) with a finish-first mindset.
Work side-by-side with the Foreman to execute scopes cleanly and efficiently in occupied environments.
Read plans/elevations, verify field conditions, and help mark layout/control lines.
Stage materials at point-of-use; keep the work area safe, clean, and client-friendly.
Build first-articles before full runs; protect finishes; close punch the first time.
Track pace/quality with the Foreman and help refine our workflow as we build repeatable standards.
