The Early Development Team (EDT) Immunology Lead is a critical role to the sustainability and success of the pipeline, and ultimately bringing medicine to patients with unmet medical needs. The EDT Leader will lead asset focused multi-disciplinary teams from pre-clinical through demonstration of clinical proof of concept through to late stage development. **Key Role Accountabilities:**

**Experiences and expertise required:**
+ MD, PhD, DVM, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent advanced biology degree- Experienced drug developer with 10+ years experience in the drug development process, preferably with experience in early phase development covering both biologics and small molecule- Experience in managing and leading high performance, cross-functional teams (Matrix) or complex organizations. - Objective matrix team leader with demonstrated ability to frame issues, ask the right clarifying questions, and rationalize decisions in a cost disciplined manner, with an enterprise view- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory health authority expectations and regulations for drug development- Working knowledge of all functional areas of exploratory development, including, CMC (small molecules and biologics), biology, toxicology, clinical pharmacology, ADME/DMPK, early clinical development, etc.- Ability to create a clear purpose, global vision, strategies and key priorities for competing successfully in the evolving pharmaceutical and health care industry- Ability to multitask across multiple exploratory development assets.- Demonstrated ability to successfully and effectively cooperate, collaborate and work across functional boundaries- Ability to review and interpret scientific data and incorporate emerging information, feedback and scientific progress (internal and external) into development actions.

The Opportunity:
Software engineer will Support IT Objectives by supporting business processes, systems and clients (under limited supervision) specifically with UI, middleware and system integrations related technologies and applications, carries out these responsibilities by providing information technology (IT)
How you will contribute:
* Supports existing applications, monitors systems performance and work based on the impact to the business. May coordinate cross-functional IT departments to resolve issues

What you will bring with you:
* 3+ years of total experience of developing API's - .NET (C#) and Python, Java.
* Demonstrates sound technical skills with a strong working knowledge of the client's business in order to effectively translate business needs to IT solutions.
* Fast learner who adapts quickly to changing business needs and evolving technology landscapes.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
* Deep understanding of Azure and AWS, with experience in designing cloud-native applications using serverless and containerized architectures.
* Extensive experience with BFF design patterns, API Gateway, and middleware solutions.
* Strong experience with authentication and security using Okta, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT.

Salary:
Salary Range: $79,300 - $119,000

About the role
As a member of the DICOM team, you will work at the heart of RayStation's connectivity with the wider clinical ecosystem. The team is responsible for designing and maintaining a sustainable architecture for all DICOM-related areas, ensuring seamless communication between RayStation and the imaging and treatment devices used in cancer care worldwide. Your work will cover a wide range of functionality - from importing patient scan data such as CT images, which clinicians use to contour tumors and organs at risk, to exporting treatment plan data to the machines that deliver radiation to patients. You will also be involved in developing services for patient data retrieval and storage, building tools for anonymizing patient data, generating treatment plan reports, and creating Python-based solutions that help clinics filter and process patient information more effectively.
Collaboration is a central part of the role, both internally with other RaySearch teams, our Service department, and the clinics using RayStation, as well as externally with vendors of imaging and treatment devices. The DICOM team also contributes to shaping the future of the field by holding a seat on the international committee that defines the DICOM standard for radiation oncology. As part of this work, the team participates in regular meetings to update and evolve the standard, and takes part in yearly Connectathon events across Europe and the United States to test and verify RaySearch's compliance with DICOM standards.
