Design, architect, and develop a software-defined 5G Advanced/O-RAN research platform in collaboration with a multi-university R&D team and project stakeholders. 2. Coordinate a large software radio software project. 3. Design, develop, troubleshoot, integrate, and test software for advanced wireless communications systems and protocols. 4. Document and maintain the open-source 5G software stack and establish a framework for distributed development that facilitates external contributions. 5. Provide research reports in appropriate technical forums, including technical conferences and peer-reviewed journals. Compile technical reports for users and stakeholders. 6. Meet with the scientific and broader communities to discuss 5G Advanced technology and research and development. 7. Other duties as assigned. The Reporting, Forecasting and Workforce Management Specialist will drive the requirements, design, build, production and distribution of operational reports based on contact center and business data. Reporting will provide performance information for various audience levels in operations, project management, contract leadership, and the client. Additionally, this role includes forecasting contact center metrics such as contact volumes and handle times and working with the Workforce Management system to provide actionable forecasts for agent staffing. Performs analysis of data and results and may provide interpretation and context of data as part of preparing reports.
