Job Description Assist with proper maintenance and operation of property utilities and emergency systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the supervision of preventive maintenance programs, daily repairs and safety programs. Requisition parts and material as required. Assist in the supervision and coordination of routine tasks; work with other departments on construction and improvement projects. Assist in the supervision of department employees. Train and assist junior leads with daily functions. Assist in the assurance of all employee and guest safety standards. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
