About the Residential Electrician

The Residential Electrician role is based out of our HQ in Lititz, PA, and is a part of our Residential Services Group. Our RSG Install Electrician can expect to earn $55k to $90k annually. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced in Residential Electric Installs and loves providing outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work. What You Will Do:Communicate well with homeowners, earn their trust, and prioritize job tasks to keep projects on schedule.Follow the approved scope of work and recognize when the customer is asking for extras and it's time to get a change order.Install and replace residential electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.Gather information accurately and feed it back to the Estimator to provide the customer with the final result they are looking for.Complete the job correctly the first time to provide the customer with quality results, take pride in your craftsmanship, and keep us in good graces with local inspectors.Provide guidance and share the knowledge you spent your career learning with Electrical helpers who are just getting started in the trade.Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed.Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful. What We Need from You:5+ years of residential electrical installation field experience in a foreman or lead role.An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can provide a company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.Journeyman's or Master's Cert is a plus!Knowledge of residential electrical codes.A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.
