The Project Engineer (PE) supports Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and Project Managers (PMs) with building projects and provides general facility and office support to the Jackson team. Payment Applications Assist in reviewing project cost data on draft invoices in preparation for PMs to finalize and submit payment applications to clients. Closeout Compile closeout materials including as-built drawings, back-stock inventory, and owner manuals. Participate in After-Action Reviews (AARs) with the project team to evaluate performance and identify lessons learned. Facility and Office Support Assist with maintaining office organization, stocking supplies and snacks, coordinating deliveries, and setting up for meetings. Run local errands and support general facility needs for the Jackson office as requested.
