Starfish Computer Corporation's Managed Services Engineer (Level 3) is responsible for the on-going and continuous operation of our clients' Information technology environments.Highly trained and certified, the Engineer, Level 3, is an expert in infrastructure technologies including networking (switching, routing, command lines, dynamic / static routes), security, servers and domains, virtualization, data storage and recovery. Completes and closes out service orders within service ticket application

This is a full-time travel role with most work conducted in Ohio. You may be required to stay overnight in hotels depending on the project location. Responsibilities
* Monitor and document construction activities at solid waste landfill facilities, including field inspection and testing of soils and geosynthetic liners.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable project specifications and construction drawings.
* Supervise and complete construction quality assurance and control activities across several states.
* Conduct field and/or laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials such as soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, engineering technicians, client representatives, and contractor representatives regarding construction site requirements and testing results.
* Transport material samples with identifying documentation to laboratories for further testing.
* Prepare and submit data and observations in written and digital reports for daily transmittal.

* Assist with basic testing and observation duties under close supervision.
* Provide clear documentation of findings and results and communicate them to the Project Manager.

* Perform pre-task planning before executing work and report any safety issues or concerns.

+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
