Being a member of the Cybersecurity Group the Lead Endpoint Security Engineer provides best in class and versatile security services to DTCC. As a Lead IT Security Engineer, you will be a member of the Endpoint Security squad. The Endpoint Security team drives and improves the Endpoint security controls and technologies, on-premise and in the cloud for DTCC. The Endpoint Security squad partners with other DTCC technology teams to design and implement Endpoint security best practices across the company.

What you'll do:

* Influence the Endpoint security roadmap for security enhancements & new capabilities to be built
* Be the subject matter expert to help guide and shape how Endpoint security services are enabled
* Work closely with Security Architecture team to identify new features, functionalities, improvements for existing solutions & designs on new security solutions to improve the posture on endpoints.
* Train Security Operations team members on playbooks for production implementation & maintenance.
* Communicate complicated issues clearly and succinctly to various levels of the business & senior management

Sound like you?

* Strong Cybersecurity experience across endpoint security engineering and architecture (Any Endpoint Detection and Protection tool), preferably CrowdStrike, or Tripwire.
* Experience with Cloud methodologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), trends and industry-leading private/public/hybrid cloud vendor offerings and interoperability
* In depth knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux/Windows), technology/web platforms (Server, Network, Application, Databases, Cloud)
* Working knowledge of Jenkins and Chef would be a great plus including Agile concepts
* Security certifications (CEH, CCSP, CISSP, OSCP) and ITIL certification are a plus

Job Qualifications

Required:

+ BS/MS Mechanical, Chemical Systems and Electrical (preferred)

+ These positions are for experienced applicants with 5+ years' work experience.

+ Experience with industrial PLC, especially with Rockwell Control Logix platforms

+ Experience with computer and industrial networks.

+ Strong leadership, business problem definition, and priority setting skills

+ An aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations

Preferred:

+ Experience with complex project delivery

+ Experience in physical distribution

The IT Security Engineer will be part of the Security Operations React Squad focused on security engineering changes, requests, configurations, and tuning for best-in-class security solutions and capabilities

The squad is also focused on protecting Vision One's production environment by providing security services focused on Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, PKI, Cloud, and Endpoint Security
Responsibilities:

Be an active member of an Agile/ Kanban squad focused on implementing best business practices in the form of iterative configuration updates dedicated to improve the security posture and resiliency within Vision One while adhering to measured SLAs

Respond to and resolve requests & incidents across multiple technologies under Cybersecurity Operations.

Perform higher-level tasks such as implementing change requests, cross-skill training, and documentation of REACT team activities

Willingness to learn & support multiple technologies in the Cybersecurity Operations Team as part of REACT Squad

Proactively identify deficiencies in technologies and identify automation opportunities to reduce the human touchpoint for all operational aspects

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in InfoSec or related discipline or a combination of experience and certifications

5+ years of related experience in multiple cybersecurity domains

Industry-recognized security certification (Sec+, CEH, CISSP, etc.) preferred

Experience in PKI, Cloud Security, IAM/PAM, DLP, & Endpoint Security required

General scripting knowledge preferred (Python)

Problem-solving skills to resolve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity
