+ Responsible for the smooth operation of Integration Lab.

+ Conduct technical evaluations in support of requirements development related to system testing.

+ Coordinate technical assistance related to Computer Hardware and Software.

+ Interface with other CST support teams to confirm latest image is available for new hardware.

+ Attend various review and status meetings.

+ Develop/present briefs and program status presentations as required by the customer.

+ Coordinate with deployment and server install teams for scheduled and emergency deployments.

+ Digitize images into databases for preservation and enhancement by imaging software.

+ Use hardware and software to fine-tune original digital image for color and resolution and perform quality assurance.

+ Store digital image files on various digital media.

+ Maintain records of workflow, image creation and storage of digital files.

+ Develop procedures for programming and execution of software to manipulate digital images. Provide highly technical and specialized solutions to complex imaging problems.

+ Perform analyses, studies, and reports related to imaging.

**Job Qualifications:**

+ 1-8 years of experience in Information Technology.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.

+ Commensurate experience and education.

The position will perform duties and help maintain the operations of the laboratory, which performs high-complexity molecular diagnostics using FDA approved and non-approved laboratory validated technology.
Primary Responsibilities The ideal candidate shall: Function as a clinical laboratory technician for the Naval Infectious Diseases Diagnostic Laboratory; is fully expected to help maintain standards and requirement for College of American Pathologist (CAP) accreditation and all institutional regulatory requirements. Perform clinical laboratory assays for infectious diseases in an accurate and timely manner following written standard operating procedures (SOPs). Accurately perform all quality testing to insure accuracy of results as specified by regulatory agencies and supervisory review. Responsible for handling personally identifiable information (PII) relevant to patient care following Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) standards. Laboratory Manager
