Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk for up to 10 hours at a time, with brief time to sit intermittently. Must occasionally lift or move restaurant products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Must have the stamina to work up to 60 hours per week when necessary.
