Job Purpose

As a leading provider in data services, The ICE Data Pricing & Reference Data offers real time and end-of-day pricing on 2.9 million fixed income securities and international equity issues. This data fuels analytic products to help clients better understand the value of securities in their portfolios, make more informed decisions and automate their workflow. Our evaluated pricing spans over 150 countries and covers a wide range of financial instruments including sovereign, corporate and municipal bonds, structured products, leveraged loans, our Fair Value Information Services for international equities, options, futures, and fixed income products.

The primary role of the Lead Fixed Income Operations Analyst position will be to perform the daily and ad hoc responsibilities of the Evaluations Services Operations group. Strong knowledge of fixed income markets and proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Office applications is a must.

Responsibilities

* Handle daily production tasks for products related to fixed income Evaluators
* Support global team of Evaluators with price affirmation and challenge issues
* Act as liaison between Sales/Client Services and Evaluators
* Facilitate responses to questions/issues that span across multiple asset classes
* Responsible for UAT and regression testing for new product releases of SPER and JIRA entries where applicable

Knowledge and Experience

* Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, specifically VLookup, Pivots, Macros
* Basic knowledge of SQL and Python
* Knowledge of the UAT process for the software development lifecycle
* Ability to collaborate with business analyst and product development teams
* Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task and prioritize workloads
* Team player with the willingness to take direction from senior management

Job Description

Mission Technologies a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Military Operations Analyst 4 for their Advanced Modeling and Simulation Technical Operation. The candidate will work as an integral part of the Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC) N8 Experimentation Directorate and provide Operational Research Analysis of experiments/events conducted as part of the Fleet Experimentation (FLEX) Program and other DOD/DON experiments managed by Commander, Navy Warfare Command (CNWDC). The candidate will be NWDC N8 liaison for Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet and staff in Pearl Harbor Oahu Hawaii.

Essential Job Responsibilities

* Conduct experimentation event/initiative planning, design, and execution.
* Develop final experiment reports based on analytical rigor.
* Develop post-experiment doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) change recommendations.
* Coordinate with principal FLEX stakeholders.
* Assist and advise in aligning and coordinating experimentation initiatives with fleet events and venues.
* Provide technical and tactical subject matter expertise to CPF and NWDC government and contractor leads for experimentation events/initiatives.
* Assist in the development of experiment objectives, plans, and recommended courses of action throughout the event lifecycle.
* Participate in all phases of experiments including assisting in the execution of the Concept Development Conference, Initial Planning Conference, Main Planning Conference, Final Planning Conference, Execution, and Post Execution activities.
* Assist in experiment knowledge management using government provided portals or websites for event, initiative and analysis document development.
* Provide primary analysis support for fleet experiments including war games, tabletop analysis, Fleet Battle Experiments, fleet exercises and experiments, Limited Objective Experiments (LOEs) and joint experiments and exercises.
* Conduct rigorous concept development analysis and evaluation, including examination of various proposals/positions or tests.
* Review, collect and research pertinent information resident in Fleet Experimentation Information Management System (FIMS) database
* Prepare and staff senior level (06/Flag/SES) correspondence and briefs

Minimum Qualifications

* 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
* In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience
* Must have TS security clearance and be eligible for SCI access.
* Must have experience with Navy Warfare Publications (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures; and Tactical Memorandums).
* Must be proficient in MS Office applications and have advanced writing skills. Member will draft and deliver briefs and reports for senior officers and executive civilians.
* Must be able to work in a team and individual environment on multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Requirements

Retired Navy officer with operational experience in at least one warfare areas (Air, Surface, or Subsurface).

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
