Identifies and implements practices and procedures to improve production standards (paint yield, efficiency, rework, escape rate, etc.).
Cleans, masks & paints parts per internal/customer process specification along with verbal instructions.
Assists in monitoring shelf life, lot trace including maintaining department min/max inventory levels to ensure product availability (paint, primer, gloves, solvents, etc.).
Selects & mixes coating material along with the basic understanding of various paints, primers & other chemicals associated with defense coatings.
Completes efficiently and timely all administrative tasks related to work orders & equipment maintenance. Maintains a clean and safe working environment by proactively cleaning equipment and paint booth area; complying with company polices.
