What Does A Lead Sales Representative Do At Southern Concepts

* The purpose of the Sales Rep Trainee position is to prepare you for a career in sales and marketing.
* This role will require you to grow sales at assigned retail stores within a geographic territory through implementing sales/market programs, training activities, and service and merchandising responsibilities.
* The store count will range based on geography and store volume.
* This role will conduct product knowledge (PK) training sessions for current and newly hired associates.
