What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is for a Modeling and Simulation Lead Engineer (Multi Domain Physics) role supporting research and new product development in Eaton's Mission Systems Division (MSD). The Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Engineer is responsible for the development of multi domain mathematical models and multi body dynamic simulation that represent the physical behaviors of mechanical systems and components. The candidate will provide technical oversight and guidance to other M&S engineers based in US and in Global Teams as well as serve as an individual contributor. The product and systems are thermal fluid and dynamic mechanical systems that support aerospace applications. These aerospace applications are diverse and include space life support and propulsion, aircraft oxygen and refueling, and weapons storage and release systems. The M&S engineer should have technical experience with multi domain physics modeling of systems and the integration of controls to evaluate system response, behaviors, and requirements. Similarly, the candidate should have experience with simulation tools that model the behaviors, responses and interactions of dynamic mechanisms defined within the system. Other critical skills include technical leadership, project execution, and a system engineering approach to problem solving.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Develop multi domain physics-based plant models of mechanical systems using SIMULINK and SIMSCAPE (and similar i.e. Siemens Amesim)
o Plant models include thermal, flow, and pressure drop analyses of aircraft systems
o Validate models with lab or application test data
* Collaborate with the product teams leads to understand system operation and associated requirements.
* Document analysis plans for product teams to define model objectives, inputs and outputs, limitations/assumptions, and description of expected results.
* Estimate labor hours and duration to complete modeling tasks and peer review those provided by the global team and members within the group
* Provide technical oversight of global teams involved in performance modeling which include informal technical reviews, responsibility of technical quality/completeness of work products delivered to product teams, and ownership of model transition plans.
* Provide technical guidance to other M&S engineers within MSD developing multi domain physics models which may include developing initial analysis plans, support with tools, and peer review of models and results.
* Champion for the adoption of multi domain physics modeling and simulation with the product teams.
* Recommend and own productivity improvements and support product teams in developing value propositions for leveraging model-based engineering initiatives.
* Develop skills matrix to use for continued development and growth of talent within the functional discipline.
* Develop and champion best practice/lessons learned database to further grow M&S capability
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
* Minimum 5 years of experience working in modeling and simulation of thermal fluid and/or mechanical systems/components as individual contributor in the aerospace or defence industries.
* Minimum 3 years of experience with Simscape and/or Simulink.
* Minimum 2 years of experience of project technical leadership of modeling and simulation and or systems engineering work scope.
* Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future

About the role
We're seeking an experienced Sr. Principal, Packaging Engineering to lead all aspects of packaging process development, qualification, validation, launch readiness, and commercial supply for Loyal's small molecule, oral solid dosage (OSD) products.
This role is responsible for packaging operations across the entire product lifecycle - from development through commercial execution - and will drive CDMO selection and management, packaging process development, packaging line readiness, and packaging validation (IQ/OQ/PQ). Education:

JOB PURPOSE
As a UX Sr. Principal Technical Expert, you will lead strategic activities to help define future product competitiveness and key fundamental technology application feasibility.
You will utilize your skill of User-centric design methodology to conduct research project and execute solutions for an exceptional User Experience in the North American market and to aid in making proposals for future development vehicles.
You will work with and guide junior UX research engineers in the process and contribute to creating Digital UX interactions, strategy and sensing, and specifications with a focus on C.A.S.E. (Connected Autonomous Shared Electrification).
You will use your skills to work with other UX researchers, work within UX teams and collaborate with function group members for assessing the feasibility and implementation methods of new digital features and related technologies towards development startups in collaborating divisions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
User Experience Roadmap
Clearly aid and contribute to the creation the UX research vision, contribute to the UX strategy and desired outcomes to the team, ensuring that their actions align with the division's and company's priorities.
User Experience Solution Development
Guide, review and create proposals for digital products and oversee the breakdown of primary specifications specifically in their interaction with related systems.
Work with teams [EH4]to bring UX solutions and specifications to the organization.
Correlate solution achievement plans with related departments at HDMA as well as with Japan and AHM as necessary
User Experience Testing
Collaborate with leaders in the division and related divisions to construct and execute relevant testing and proof-of-concept experiments and support judgment on customer impact for proposed system changes and propose alternative solutions as necessary.
Unit Leadership
Provide technical leadership by monitoring individual team member performance and task execution to ensure alignment with departmental objectives. Oversee and support project-level budget management activities, including tracking expenditures and resource allocation
Integration & Correlation
Follow company policies and external regulations and consider industry best practices to develop and coach others, working through potential issues. Interactions and correlations are typically cross-company and global.
Horizon Scanning
Remain updated on current technologies and exploring future trends through continuous learning, attending conferences, and tracking competitors
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Industrial Design, UX design, Engineering, Psychology, Product Development, or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience
10+ years of relevant experience.
Other job-specific skills
Experience conducting user-centered research in educational and/or professional environment and implementing to design solution
Experience working in an Agile development environment Excellent communication skills and ability to produce presentation documents.
Develop and optimize complex project plans and schedules Design and deliver comprehensive proposals for executive-level review
Demonstrate advanced presentation capabilities Exhibit strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
