    The IT System & Regulatory Compliance Lead will work directly with IT Leadership and their teams, IT Quality and Internal Audit to establish, monitor and ensure a robust compliance program that employs industry-proven best practices for software quality / validation while exploring new, less established methods for delivering high quality technical solutions without compromising budgets and schedules.     Design and implement key performance indicators (KPI's) to monitor and assure compliance with Biogen policies and regulatory agencies. Institute routine Quality Management Reviews through individual operating reviews and IT Functional Reviews.

    Ensure monitoring and health of all IT controls (e.g, Sox controls, documentation control, change control, risk management, non-conformance and CAPA management, 3rd party management) in compliance to relevant standards
