Primary Responsibilities:
Overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children.
Observe rules and regulations at Primrose School at Gray Eagle and the regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.

CPR and First Aide certification preferred
Must meet state specific guidelines for the role

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
Bachelor's Degree
Licensed or on track for licensure (Minimum sub license)
Strong understanding of restorative practices
Strong knowledge of restorative practices
Knowledge of No-Nonsense Nurturer and/or 4-Step Model for student behavior management helpful, but not required
Ability and willingness to work collaboratively, maintaining cooperative and effective working relationships
Eagerness and ability to receive and implement feedback from manager, coach, and/or peers
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL ACCOMPLISH
Manages all discipline referrals (anything that does not lead to an out of school suspension)
Executes school culture systems and procedures (transitions, family communication, uniforms, etc)
Monitors school culture systems and procedures and provides feedback on possible adjustments to the Assistant Principal of School Culture (APSC)
Tracks, analyzes, and responds to student culture data
Shares progress towards culture goals with staff and students
Executes proactive student culture supports and incentives
Ensures decisions about student behavior are student-centered, restorative, and support classroom management.
Supports AP of Culture to respond to major incidents -- anything leading to an out of school suspension (family communication, mediations, implementing restorative consequences, etc)
Supports teachers and students to meet all school expectations (in classrooms, hallways, lunchroom, etc)
Receives and implements feedback from manager, coach, and/or peers
Utilizes Data management tools, organizational tools, and computer skills (Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Forms, Etc.)
Collaborates and works successfully within the Student Response Team
