Requirements
Associate's degree in early childhood education or AA in a similar field with required credits or CDA
Montessori Experience (preferred)
NAMC (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first year of employment)
Ability to communicate with parents effectively and professionally
Experience with Lesson planning and development
Ability to multitask and function in an ever-changing environment
Final compensation is determined based on a combination of factors, including years of experience in a similar role, relevant certifications and/or credentials, and the size and/or geographic location of the school.
