This role requires someone who can manage multi-tasking on various levels. He or she must be able to follow and execute multi-step directions and relate well to parents and staff. The Lead Teacher reports directly to the Executive Director and or the Education Director. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: \tThe lead teacher must be able to work collaboratively within a team. The lead teacher must have effective classroom management. He or she must also demonstrate a strong ability to manage time and adhere to deadlines.
