    The Child Development Academy is seeking a qualified individual for a teaching position. The lead teacher position requires a B.A. degree or greater in the field of early childhood education or a related field according to the National Association for the Education of Young Children ( NAEYC ). The duties of the lead teacher would include but not limited to: 1. Provide and be accountable for a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. 2. Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans weekly. 3. Constantly assess every child's individual needs, development, and differences. 4.
