Job Summary
Ocrolus is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter (Contractualtr) to support our U.S. hiring needs, with a strong focus on technical engineering and product roles. This role is ideal for a recruiter who has hands-on experience hiring engineers within fintech or similar product-based technology environments and can operate independently in a fast-paced, high-priority hiring cycle.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

Role Description

Summary:
The Technical Recruiter for Oneida Innovations Group (OIG) and its subsidiaries will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment and pipeline development of technical candidates for a variety of IT and contract roles. The Opportunity
* Generate and develop leads through the coordination of advertisements, cold calling, referrals, Internet sources, residency programs, and conventions.

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $110,000 and $121,000 per year at the commencement of employment. THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a
Corporate Functions Recruiter
, you will be supporting our corporate shared services teams as they continue to grow. This is a new position created due to growth. In this role, you'll get to make a real impact on how we bring the best and brightest talent into our teams to enable us to continue to find new ways to help people find their path to financial. Working as a full-cycle Talent Advisor, you will partner closely with the leaders at all levels to understand current and upcoming hiring needs, conduct thorough strategy sessions, create strategic sourcing plans, conduct in depth screenings for technical capabilities and overall job/company fit, consult with the hiring leaders to build an interview process and close the candidate through the offer process. This role is compensated with a competitive base salary and monthly bonus. Bonus is earned based on achievement of agreed upon goals and KPIs.
This is a mostly remote, work from home role located in the Phoenix, AZ market preferably but will consider other remote locations for highly qualified talent.
THE ROLE:
· Manage the entire recruiting process effectively from start to finish.
· Leverage your professional recruiting expertise to define the role, requirements, sourcing strategy, selection process and the appropriate offer to ensure we hire the very best talent available in the market.
· Create robust talent sourcing strategies specific to each role and execute effectively to bring passive talent into the pipeline quickly.
· Conduct thorough pre-screening for both technical/functional experience and overall company/cultural fit.
· Provide in depth coaching and guidance to hiring leaders throughout the assessment, selection and offer process.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience at all times, for all applicants.
· Utilize the ATS and CRM tools for all requisition and candidate activity.
· Meet SLA's and hiring metrics as assigned.

What You'll Do
Fully own 1+ requisition(s) end-to-end: open roles in Ashby, post jobs, run intake meetings, and manage Slack coordination
Act as the primary liaison between hiring managers and the sourcing team to keep searches aligned and moving
Conduct ~20-25 structured recruiter screens per week across Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Operations roles
Coordinate onsite interviews, manage reschedules, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Pull data from Ashby to diagnose funnel gaps and build clear action plans with hiring managers
Maintain organized candidate pipelines with timely communication and accurate tracking
Own offer negotiations and extensions, prepare and send offer letters, and guide candidates through close
Partner cross-functionally with People Ops and hiring teams to continually refine processes as we scale
What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
Experience hiring for Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and/or Operations roles
Strong ability to manage multiple searches with deep ownership and minimal guidance
Skilled in running structured screens and presenting candidates with clear, concise summaries
