The qualified candidate will be involved in technical planning and assessment projects with multiple state agencies. The position requires the candidate to produce technical analyses, develop estimates, review and contribute to requirements for large systems-planning efforts in the Child Support, Child Welfare, and Integrated Eligibility (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid) public-sector domains. The individual will report directly to a Senior Manager. Maximus is a matrix-managed organization, which means the individual will have secondary reporting relationships to one or more Project Managers, depending on which projects they are assigned. *This role is remote but requires working standard business hours in the US time zone of the client.* Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary. - Support leadership in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, is on time, and within budget. - Work closely with management and work groups to create and maintain work plan documents. - Track the status and due dates of projects. - Manage relationships with project staff responsible for projects. - Produce regular weekly and monthly status reports that could include; work plan status, target dates, budget, resource capacity, and other reports as needed. - Facilitate regular meetings and reviews. - Adhere to contract requirements and comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
