Job Description
Essential Functions:
The individual will have extensive technical and scientific knowledge of vaccine, gene therapy and advance medicines development and manufacturing, gained from practical experience, and will have a high degree of familiarity with GMP manufacturing assets at FLBT. Knowledge/expertise should be practical and focused on the effective technical oversight of projects via:
· Responsible for leadership of the TPL team and ultimate technical accountability for delivery and support of program in the clinical lifecycle.
· Enhances and maintains a reputation of excellence to achieve high levels of client satisfaction through on-time (meeting milestones), on-cost (resourcing via cost model), and right first time delivery of high quality, robust programs.
· Resolves conflicts and removes obstacles that stand in the way of accomplishing project goals and objectives and drives escalation resolution at the Joint Project Team (JPT) level before rising to higher levels.
· Ensure that TPLs work with respective Subject Matter Expert (SME) groups to design experimental plans which maximize the change of success and make the best use of FLB accumulated knowledge.

Qualifications:
Education/Certification/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with significant coursework in computer science (or related degree).
Each year of full-time, wage-earning application development experience in browser based or computer desktop environment may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year for year basis.
This position requires personal technology that will enable the completion of job duties and responsibilities when working remotely.

1. Analyze district needs as outlined by the Windham School District administration regarding detailed data processing equipment requirements and capabilities.
2. Analyze proposed automated data processes in terms of resources and cost justification.
3. Document existing and proposed computer applications.
4. Develop automated systems.
5. Code, prepare test data, test, debug programs and maintain complex applications.
6. Monitor and assist in the evaluation, maintenance and application development.
7. Document procedures used in the development and revision of computer programs.
8. Analyze, review, and revise programs to increase operating efficiency.
9. Monitor computer system performance to achieve maximum utilization of system software and hardware.
10. Research and review trade journals and information sources for current developments in computer software and equipment.
11. Assist in the training of other Information Technology employees as assigned by the Supervisor.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Clean windows on both high-rise and low-rise buildings
Clean interior and exterior glass
Work on ladders up to 32 feet
Operate a power washer
Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.

What You'll Do
