As a member of Garver's growing Water Design Center, the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Project Leader will be responsible for leading the drafting and design for projects while managing and mentoring a design squad of BIM Designers and Technicians. The BIM Project Leader will also be responsible for leading the production of 3D Revit models and maintaining CAD/BIM standards for Garver's Water Design Center. The BIM Project Leader will collaborate with multiple teams of engineers, designers, and technicians to produce drawings on various Water Business Line (WBL) projects. This role in the Water Design Center is one that is central to project delivery through our many offices and utilizes the latest BIM technology, predominantly Revit software. Determining whether window glass is clear, reflective, or tinted and adapting window cleaning techniques accordingly. Using a microfiber cloth to dry around the edges of the glass. Using toweling cloths to remove excess water and moisture from window sills. Ensuring that all window cleaning and lift equipment are in good working order. Operating aerial lift platforms and other lift equipment to reach the windows of high-rise buildings. Ensuring that the company vehicle is always adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies. Appropriately cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind. Responsible for driving company truck to each work location, using safe driving techniques that properly represent the company and brand.
