Production Performance
Work on servicing all bikes to maintain a timely turn-around on repairs while balancing the needs of the sales floor with bicycle assemblies and accessorizing.
Financial Performance
Be a backup to the Service Manager to work the service counter, interacting with customers while offering them everything they need to have the best experience on their bike(s) and with our company.
Operations Performance
Assist the team in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of both the Service Department and warehouse area where back-stock and service bikes are stored. •
Facilitate transfer tasks as needed, keeping up to date on current policy and procedure.

The hourly pay range for this position in FL is $28.00 to $44.00, plus overtime eligible.
This role also includes field service incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. Decode and document current mainframe-based financial processes, ensuring critical knowledge is captured, shared, and ready for transition.
Design for Modernization:
Partner with architects and finance product owners to define the blueprint for migrating legacy financial workflows to modern SaaS platforms.
Drive Process Automation & Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate reconciliation, settlement, and refund handling through APIs, RPA, and microservices.
Ensure Accuracy and Compliance:
Safeguard financial integrity through precise configuration, testing, and adherence to audit, SOX, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with Finance, Accounting, and Payments partners to ensure end-to-end visibility and traceability of financial transactions.
Mentor and Cross-Train:
Share knowledge across engineering teams to eliminate single points of failure and build organizational resilience.
Support Transformation Initiatives:

We expect the starting salary to be around $125,000 with annual bonus and profit sharing eligibility. The actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years in software engineering or financial systems development, ideally supporting invoicing, settlements, or transactional platforms.

About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Qt Software Engineer with deep expertise in C++, Qt, and QML to join our fast-paced and innovative team. Key Responsibilities
· Develop Qt-based desktop and embedded applications using C++ in Linux and/or Windows environments.
· Implement state machines, communication logic (Ethernet and / or Serial Port), and device control features that interface with real hardware.
· Collaborate closely with firmware and electrical engineers to integrate software with physical components and I/O boards.
· Support UI engineers in building pixel-perfect screens for embedded HMI applications.
· Conduct testing and system validation with real hardware.
· Create and maintain technical documentation and test reports.
· Occasionally travel for system integration and troubleshooting.
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years with the Qt framework.
Technical Expertise
Strong proficiency in C++, Qt, and QML.
Hands-on experience with Qt Creator, Git, and Embedded Linux environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
Experience with Modbus, ProtoBuf, or similar communication protocols.
Deep understanding of object-oriented design and software architecture principles.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver tasks on schedule.
Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and solving complex technical problems with minimal guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
