Interface with dispatch to sequence calls, balance workloads, and minimize travel/return trips.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Lead Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and toolbox talks; enforce OSHA/company safety rules (confined space, hot work, fall protection, electrical, ladder/scaffold).
Ensure installations/repairs meet IPC/UPC/IFGC/IMC and manufacturer specifications; complete QA/QC checklists, pressure/hydrostatic tests, and photos.
Customer Communication
