What you will do:

Key Responsibilities
System Deployment: Install, align, and commission RF and satellite systems including Starlink, LTE, VSAT, and point-to-point/multipoint wireless networks.
Cable & Equipment Setup: Run, dress, and terminate various cable types (CAT5/6, RG6, LMR-600/400, Romex); mount antennas and configure field equipment.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair connectivity issues across remote sites; ensure uptime and performance.
Digital Documentation: Use mobile tools/apps to log service notes, capture site photos, and complete job records.
Field Operations: Travel independently or in small teams to regional sites; uphold safety and compliance standards.
Requirements
Military background in communications or electronics (preferred)
3+ years in telecom, wireless, IT networking, or related technical fields
Hands-on experience with LTE, satellite systems, and point-to-point radios
Familiarity with Ubiquiti, UniFi, Meraki, Starlink, OneWeb, and WeBoost technologies
