Support business decisions required by technology, development status, problems and issues, project status and success. Participate in departmental meetings/activities and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Responsible for onboarding, training, and development of staff. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
