Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of Teller experience or similar experience in a retail setting. The Lead Teller must be available to work hours Monday- Thursday between 7:30-5:30 PM, and Friday's 7:30-6:00 PM and will be required to work Saturday mornings on a rotating basis from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Lead Teller to join our North Valley Branch. As a Lead Teller, you will be a trusted financial resource to existing and potential members by assisting with routine financial transactions at an exceptional service level. You'll use a consultative approach to evaluate, educate and fulfill member financial needs and refer members to financial consultants, business services, mortgage services, home equity, and investment services when necessary. You will serve as a resource for technical and day to day operational assistance to include problem resolution, training and coaching tellers, updating daily reports, and other operational procedures as needed as well as manage all cash vault duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

* Processes member financial transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, laws and regulations, and with a high degree of accuracy.
* Financial transactions include, but are not limited to, cash, negotiable instruments, account transfers and loan/credit card payments.
* Assists members by assessing needs and educating on available products utilizing a needs based sales approach, refers members to specialized departments as needed.

* 1- 3 years prior teller experience or very heavy cash volume experience.

The Lead Teller provides excellent client service by welcoming new and existing clients of the Bank and assisting them with account transactions and servicing needs. The Lead Teller acts as a resource in identifying and resolving client servicing issues, serves as primary troubleshooter for complex problems and client service needs and enhances client relationships with Key by providing distinctive quality service. Build Client Rapport
• Provide excellent client service to all KeyBank clients
