Give regular feedback through the supervision process. · Help each participant meet the goals established by the camp for camper development by supporting each cabin leader in their direct ministry to campers including prepping programs, resources, and support. · Identify and respond to camper behavior issues. Report unusual camper behavior including homesickness, injuries/illness, inappropriate conversations and behavior issues to your director. · Schedule cabin leader responsibilities and break time · Organize and lead a variety of small and large group activities each week. Activities may include the camp crafts, games, small group faith sharing, free time, and friendship building. · Ensure that the cabin and site are kept clean, organized, and free of litter including checking in on cabin and all camp chores. · Communicate with parents about participant's experiences and report concerns to Camp Leadership. · Assist in maintaining accurate program records including incident reports. · Know and understand ALL emergency procedures associated with the camp program. · Know, enforce, and follow all safety guidelines and policies associated with the camp and all program areas.
