SUMMARY: The Vending Fulfillment Lead oversees and manages the vending fulfillment operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. This role includes supervising Vending Fulfillment Associates (VFAs), conducting training sessions, maintaining safety standards, and resolving operational issues. The Vending Fulfillment Lead also communicates regularly with the field and customers to ensure smooth operations, addresses billing inquiries, and implements company policies and procedures. Proficiency in relevant software and industrial distribution experience are crucial for success in this remote-enabled position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Personally exhibits, recruits, and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors. Promotes a culture of safety. Leads and facilitates training sessions for new Tier 2 Vending Fulfillment Associates (VFAs). Maintains regular communications with the Field (including but not limited to the Account Manager) to ensure a smooth order fulfillment process and promptly responds to emails and requests. Ensures that all vending accounts are accurately and timely billed to customers and promptly responds to any customer billing inquiries relayed from the Field. Researches and resolves any import errors related to vending daily, ensuring suspended records are less than 1% of the total lines imported. Monitors Portals daily to ensure all items are replenished to prevent stockouts; promptly communicates and resolves any stockouts with the field. Ensures all vending fulfillment is processed according to agreed-upon customer requirements, including required approvals. Handles vending item adds, item changes, and substitutions promptly and accurately. Researches and resolves any rationalization errors between vending and P21. Monitors and manages order fulfillment processed by Tier 2 to ensure timely and accurate processing. Performs and schedules min/max reviews with the Field and customers to ensure appropriate inventory levels in both vending and warehouse locations. Identifies and resolves root cause issues by working and communicating with responsible cross-functional teams to minimize repetition of the original issue. Maintains a high level of customer focus, communication, diligence, and accuracy. Develops a detailed working knowledge of BlackHawk policies, procedures, and practices. Maintains a deep understanding of BHID systems (including P21, OS ticket, Hawkeye, CribMaster, AutoCrib, etc.). Performs all work in accordance with the company prescribed ISO processes and procedures utilizing appropriate company systems. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems. Diligence and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, shift gears to react to urgent scenarios, and meet daily deadlines. Proficiency with computer software specific to the operation (Microsoft Office, P21, CribMaster, Arcturus, etc.). Experience in industrial distribution.
