Competencies: * Bachelor's degree (BS) from a four-year college or university, or a four-year technical degree or equivalent in engineering, business or related field. * Minimum of four years' experience in a technical capacity (Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality). * Six Sigma exposure/training. Accredited Black Belt training preferred, with demonstrated project management skills.. * Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively function in a supportive/consultative role.
