    The Supervisor is responsible for leading a small or large group of individuals to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and effectively to meet customer needs. This position is responsible for enforcing safety policies and procedures while maintaining the day-to-day operations as it relates to equipment and business needs. This position is responsible for developing and training employees to be effective within their roles. The Supervisor will have the competency to complete project paperwork to support billing, payroll and required safety data. The Supervisor will have the ability to manage and utilize relationships with customers as well as meeting the needs of the customer day-to-day. The Supervisor will need towork in an environment that is fast-paced and meet deadlines given to them as well as keep up with scheduling and meeting times. Supervisors will hold safety meetings with the crew daily as well as fill out Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to present the dangers and precautions of performing the duty at hand. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Provides direct supervision, coordination and continuity to the assigned crew, and necessary communication from dispatch through the Division Operations Manager. Performs Hazard Recognition Awareness to remove all hazards from the workplace. Supervises the assigned personnel, equipment, material and subcontractors for the assigned work. Ensures work performance is planned and coordinated according to work plan schedule, quality, budget and safety objectives. Maintains the project worksite in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA, and OSHA requirements. Supervises assigned EnviroVac personnel and subcontractors. Initiate corrective action for unsatisfactory performance in accordance with company regulations. Properly prepare work in advance with regards to equipment layout and hookup requirements and assigned crew work lists for setup, processing, rig-down and decontamination. Ensure equipment is received and maintained in good working condition throughout the job. Report all deficiencies as they arise to dispatch and/or Division Operations Manager. Initiate corrective action for any unsafe or environmentally unsound condition. Report situation in accordance with company regulations and procedures. Provide complete and accurate Job Service Receipts utilizing Liquid Frameworks and Job Logs to required ONYX managers/salesman. Carryout all company policies. Monitor morale of personnel and endeavor to maintain a high level and "can do" attitude. Maintain working knowledge of current, applicable regulations. Maintain a problem-solving attitude and attempt to procure additional work. Must Perform physical labor duties as directed by management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must be committed to and able to perform all assigned duties safely, always. Must meet all physical requirements and able to safely perform all duties of Industrial Cleaning Technician, operator and crew leader. Must be thoroughly trained and able to operate industrial vacuum truck, high-pressure industrial water blasters, and other necessary equipment on various projects. Manage a System Architecture team to coordinate system architecture allocations and verification planning with IDT&S and other enterprise stakeholders; ensure alignment to program architecture and security requirements. Manage a System Test team to plan and lead integration and system-level testing activities, including cross-IPT integration, ICD validation, smoke tests, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support. Manage a Configuration and Data Management team to ensure configuration and baseline governance. Collaborate with I&I IPT with business partners for interface and integrations SoW. Operate and evolve SEIT toolchains to automate testing, requirements quality checks, traceability matrices, and evidence collection with digital technology for MBSE and modular open integrations for Sapphire program. Lead teams to produce and present milestone gated evidence and readiness recommendations for program milestone reviews, TRB, CCB, etc. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical risks; maintain SEIT risk, issue, and opportunity registers and escalate per program governance. Enable cross-functional collaboration: facilitate technical decision-making and governance alignment across engineering, program, product, and business stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement through metrics, lessons learned, and process iteration to raise quality and reduce rework. Partner with PIO, IPT leads (MES, PDM, ERP, I&I, Delivery), and data governance to ensure integrated planning, schedule alignment, and traceable outcomes. This position may require up to 20% travel. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in systems engineering, integration, and test for complex enterprise or aerospace programs. Demonstrated experience leading SEIT teams, including managing engineers and mid-level managers across multiple engineering disciplines. Experience with PLM/MES/ERP integrations, middleware, ICDs, and digital thread concepts strongly preferred. Familiarity with SEIT and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) toolchains (requirements management, architecture development, interface definition, automated testing, traceability tools). Strong analytical, risk management, and process measurement skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to present technical results and readiness recommendations to senior leadership. Experience coordinating with IT security (IDT&S) and applying security/compliance constraints into verification plans. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Prior experience on aerospace, defense, or large-scale integrated system programs; direct experience with MES, PDM, ERP integrations or the Sapphire architecture is highly desirable. Familiarity with certification/regulatory processes relevant to the domain (e.g., DoD standards). Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, ADO, etc.). Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
