Job Summary
CenTrio is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Supervisor to lead our team of central utility plant operators in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on the grounds at Louisiana State University. This position is a balance of technical expertise and administrative oversight.
The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to guiding and developing an early staged and evolving team of operators embracing challenges with the proven ability to inspire and lead by example and invoke change. Core Responsibilities

Directly supervise, mentor, and train operators from the ground up to enhance their skill and knowledge related the steam, hot water, chilled water and future CHP systems. Responsible for managing and supporting a team of unionized operators ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to collective agreement requirements.
Develops and implements training programs for plant operators to enhance their skill set and knowledge, keeping them educated on industry's best practices on operating policies, procedures, maintenance guidelines, and safety requirements.
Interviewing experience with or an aptitude for conducting job interviews and assessing candidate fit.
Maintaining and updating shift schedules, administering distribution of overtime process and operator payroll, create various reports.

Technical Skills & Requirements:
Operating, monitoring and maintaining boilers, chillers, cooling towers, evaporative coolers, ice water storage, pumps, fans, RO systems, water softeners, switchgear, MCC, feed water pumps, condensate system, steam induction pumps, isolation and control valves, a Delta V or other operating systems, human machine interface (HMI), diesel pumps, tanks, generators, air compressors, water lab testing and safely handling chemicals.
Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system expertise: In depth knowledge and hands on experience and operating, optimizing, and maintaining chilled water, steam, condensate and cooling towers, including a solid understanding of the simultaneous generation of electricity and useful heat associated with CHP
Proficient in identifying and resolving technical issues related to chiller, boilers and CHP systems, including diagnosing Max functions, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
Previous experience in maintaining and updating shift schedules, administering distribution of overtime process and operator payroll, create various reports.
Previous experience in interviewing future operators
Knowledge of environmental regulations, safety standards and other relevant industry guidelines prevent pertaining to Steam Plant and CHP operations
Data Analysis - Monitoring and analyzing performance data using insights to optimize efficiency, identify potential improvements, and make driven decisions based on the data
Energy Efficiency Optimization - Optimizing the overall energy efficiency of CHP system, implementing strategies to maximize the utilization of waste heat and improve the systems overall performance
Ability to obtain a universal EPA refrigerant certification
Previous experience working in a unionized environment is considered an asset

Primary Duties
Safety:

5. Monitor the break down, handling, transporting and inventory of rough stock.
6. Provide information and ideas to maintenance department regarding repair and or modification to machinery for maximum efficiency.
7. Ensure clean-up/housekeeping is being completed during down-time.
Documentation/Administration/Management:
1. Provide and record feedback to senior management in the way of on daily reports on outlining the achievement of goals and objectives and problems to be addressed.
2. Attend production and planning meetings as required.
3. Maintain good communication with colleagues and senior management.
4. Set up manning and holiday schedules for the most efficient deployment of the production crew including minimizing O.T.
5. Ensure employee performance levels meet company expectations and standards - document training, coaching, and discipline as required.
6. Ensure that timekeeping records for payroll are accurate for payroll processing.
7. Perform a yard tour and mill tours and act on the deficiencies.

Essential Functions:
Understand drawings to determine materials requirements and task sequences
Read and interpret blueprint and specifications
Perform mathematical calculations, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, angles, etc
Measure, cut, fit, and install structural, beams, plate, etc., per blueprint and job specifications
Operate appropriate hand tools (chipping hammers, grinders, etc.)
Tack separately or in combination, using aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, carbon steel, and other alloys

Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will support treatment delivery for our infused therapy offerings within the gout, neuroimmunology, and ophthalmology business units. The position will be responsible for prospecting and establishing business-to-business relationships with local sites of care (SOC) and for developing and driving account/partner business plans that deliver on agreed upon objectives with oversight of SOC strategy development, execution and measurement. In addition, this individual will also be responsible for working with their internal partners to develop, implement and measure activities to increase pull through by coordinated business planning. Account responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, Local Infusion Providers and Specialty Pharmacies focused on Infusion Services.
Maximize site of care (SOC) opportunities in accordance with product labelling, strategic imperatives, and Company policies.
Provide overview of therapy and clinical procedures involved with infusion to assigned SOC customers/partners; coordinate with Medical Affairs team.
Identifying gaps in existing SOC networks, developing plans to expand SOC options.
Pulling through national partnership contracts at the local level.
Proactive and on-going access-related education including coding and billing and conducting quarterly business reviews with SOC administrative leaders.
Serve as the lead point of contact with sales, patient services and reimbursement access functions for assigned site of care (SOC) customers/partners.
Evaluate, develop, monitor, measure partnerships/business plans within the designated customer/partner accounts to align with defined objectives (profit, growth, value).
