The Human Performance Specialist - Site Lead for the human performance team will support the Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT) program. The Human Performance Specialist - Site Lead provides mission-focused support to U.S. Air Force aircrew through physical, cognitive, and behavioral performance training services depending upon the practitioners skill set.
