As a PATTS Lead, you will:
Be a hands-on HCM Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and/or Scheduling Lead on assigned projects helping to streamline client process.
Facilitate Design Sessions, capture client requirements, configure creative solutions, and mentor other consultants.
Responsibilities include documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live support, and post-production (hypercare) support.
Participate in an innovative, teaming culture for the PATTS team to enable constant innovation.
Strong ability to team with project leadership to communicate challenges and improvements to project processes.

What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of relevant experience using Workday payroll, absence, time tracking, etc; OR Master's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of relevant experience using Workday payroll, absence, time tracking, etc. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of NINE (9) years of relevant experience using Workday payroll, absence, time tracking, etc.
Engaged in at least 2 full Workday payroll implementations
Current holder of one of the following Workday Certifications: Payroll for USA, Time Tracking, and Absence
Up to 50% travel balanced with a work from home and/or Guidehouse office location. Consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations
Implementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred
Experience working in HR Department environments with an understanding of the issues facing organizations today

The annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00-$196,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Create short-interval look-ahead project schedules to ensure upcoming events are communicated, tracked and are being proactively attended to

Report all project delays to the Project Manager and propose solutions with minimum impact to the project schedule
Maintain daily and weekly logs of construction progress

The Site Lead oversees day-to-day operations at assigned client sites, blending leadership responsibilities with active security coverage. Key Responsibilities
Lead the Team: Supervise unarmed guards, provide guidance, conflict resolution, and enforce HPG standards. Responsible for training new staff assigned to the property and may oversee multiple guards, schedules, or multiple sites.
Patrol & Monitor: Walk patrols (up to 90% of shift) indoors and outdoors, maintaining high visibility and deterring threats.
Incident Management: Respond swiftly to emergencies, disturbances, and alarms; coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Reporting & Documentation: Complete thorough, timely reports on incidents and daily activities.
Scheduling & Coverage: Oversee shift coverage, address staffing gaps, and ensure seamless operations.
Client Relations: Serve as the on-site point of contact, providing updates and resolving concerns with professionalism.
Support Across Sites: Assist with operations at nearby locations, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
Supervisor Collaboration: Participate in weekly meetings with your Supervisor/Account Manager to review site updates, guard performance, and operational needs.
Weekend Oversight: Receive 4 hours of overtime pay (built into your hourly rate) to assist with monitoring of property on weekends.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Prior supervisory/leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
Endurance: Ability to walk/stand for long periods (up to 90% of shift).
Strength: Capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for incident reporting and client interactions.
Adaptability: Flexible schedule and willingness to adjust based on client needs.
Reliability: Clean background check and dependable transportation.
Training & Certification: Ability to complete company training and maintain GA guard certifications.

The POS Print Production Manager will work closely with Walmart POS, Creative, and Project Management groups to purchase and coordinate the manufacturing of project-related graphic items with Miller Zell manufacturing facilities. The position will also be responsible for costing and purchasing, using approved Miller Zell practices and standards to ensure the cost-effective production of items required for each client/project. The POS Print Production Manager will have direct client contact weekly and will be responsible for expanding the on-going relationships.
For internal print production, request or create estimates as needed, prepare production work orders (via ePace & lift MIS), communicate deadlines and project deliverables, and monitor production quality and timely execution of print projects
Work with production supervisors and staff to resolve any production issues that arise during a project
Work with account managers, graphic designers, Graphic Center production staff, and vendors to determine the print substrates and production method that is best fit for the design intent and final use for each project.
Attend and/or assist with press checks when needed.
Monitor costs and continually strive for cost reduction and increased profit margins
Prepare and issue purchase orders, work orders, and change orders
Ensure consistency and quality control through the print production process and manage projects so delivered orders are within budget and on time.
Assist in the coordination of logistics issues, packaging, and shipping of products/projects at vendors and MZ warehouses.
Punctuality and regular attendance are required on the job.
For outside print, negotiate and obtain quotes from vendors, prepare cost estimates, issue purchase orders
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with print vendors.
Responsible for weekly communication with clients and expanding the relationship.
Generate client billings and work with finance on open AR.
Provide tracking information as needed per client
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate's or Bachelors' degree in Graphics or Print Production.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in purchasing, negotiating, and estimating. Prior print industry experience in positions such as purchasing, estimating, and/or customer service is strongly preferred.
Special Skills/Qualifications: Basic inventory control knowledge is preferred, as project coordination skills, strong communication skills
