Leadership Development Program (LDP) builds the skills and confidence of participants required to develop commitment and translate strategy into effective action. These skills may include communication, influence, self-awareness, thinking and acting systemically, resilience, and learning agility. This program is for students, mid-level, and senior managers. You'll learn the ability required to link the top and bottom together to improve workflow and promote efficiency. You'll learn how to collaborate with different professionals to accelerate team performance. Additionally, you'll develop resilience in handling and solving problems and dealing with interconnected systems.
To be a participant, you need a minimum of a high school diploma with coursework in education, resource management, leadership, or any related field. Your application would be reviewed using your past work experience or volunteer experience related to this position. You must be capable of working long hours on varying projects. Participants can earn up to $1,250 for completing the program.
