Purpose Statement
The Sanitation Associate is responsible for ensuring that sanitation is compliant with company standards and policies. a
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Cleans and sanitizes the production lines in LIP1, LIP2, and LINP.
Cleans and sanitizes the general plant according to Master Sanitation Schedule
Covers all electrical panels/outlets before washing
Ensures that working lines are protected from overspray and cross contamination
Cleans and sanitizes production areas as defined in department specific cleaning form,
Removes machine parts (belts, rollers, guards, etc.) and takes to be cleaned and sanitized - reassembles once cleaned
Ensures internal drains are clean and working
Maintains plant cleanliness ( i.e., waste receptacles, carts, plastic pallets)
Maintains Parts cleaning rooms - including parts organization, cleaning supplies, brushes, buckets, floor squeegees.
Cleans other plant areas per master sanitation schedule - nonproduction areas
Uses motorized pallet jack, scissor lift, and forklift to access or move equipment
Rotates positions to learn the complexities of cleaning each piece of machinery
Performs other assigned duties as required
SAFETY
Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and all other food safety requirements
Performs Lock-Out Tag-Out per posted procedures to ensure machinery is safe to work on
Must be certified in Lock Out Tag Out and Chemical Handling

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Serving in a Circle of Courage community with 4 core Values of Belonging, Mastery, Independence, and Generosity. The most important one is Belonging; where everyone feels that they are a significant part of their local team (they are listened to). Each staff attends one Belonging gathering (not a 'meeting meeting') per month, along with other meetings for case staffings and training.
Reaching out with Intensive In-Home Family Services (2-3 times per week per case) and collaborating with community agencies with mental health services to children who are at-risk and their families. Your services will be primarily in families homes, and at times in the community and schools.
Connecting with other agencies (customers) who are working with the youth (to 'wrap' services around the child).
Scheduling. Your service will focus on helping the family and child, often during non-traditional hours when your clients are available after school hours and evenings (about 4 - some staff work on Saturdays to lessen evenings sessions by one or two evenings) to best connect with family work schedules. Available for crisis calls. Staff who enjoy these positions really value the flexibility in setting their own schedule.
Documenting. Like all agencies, documenting of case notes and billable hours is required.
Billing. Full-time staff provide 109 client hours per month out of the 173 working hours available in a month (40 hours x 4.3 actual weeks per month). The average client hours are 26-28 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensure Candidate:
Completed master's degree and working toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP). We provide licensure supervision.
Licensed Therapist:
Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).
EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated ability to work with children and families experiencing mental health issues in a direct care role.

The Opportunity
The Food Scientist plays a critical role in driving innovation and ensuring product excellence at KLN Family Brands. This position is responsible for developing new product formulations that align with market trends and consumer expectations, while also supporting the research and development (R&D) process from concept to commercialization.
The Food Scientist will collaborate cross-functionally to maintain and enhance product quality, consistency, and safety across all stages of production. Responsibilities:
Prepare for and represent Kenny's Candy & Confections with customers, trade organizations, and trade meetings and conventions including:
Work with customers to meet their needs regarding flavor, nutritional, and label claims.
Develop new products that follow regulatory and market trends.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and utilize their insight to develop new products and troubleshoot existing issues.

Use ingredients knowledge, processing experience, and project goals to define processing specifications in conjunction with the quality department
Assist with product issues (processing, formulation, quality, etc.) with the understanding of scientific principles to prove root cause and provide processing or formulation solutions

A BS degree, or higher, in Food Science

This role will assist in executing category strategies, managing product assortments, and analyzing market trends. Phlebotomist Position Details
* Collects, labels, and delivers high-quality patient specimens to the laboratory in a timely manner.
* Collects urine samples for drug testing following chain of custody procedures and performs routine EKGs.
* Supports laboratory staff by answering phones, faxing results, stocking drawing supplies, and performing reception duties.
* Disinfects countertops and work areas regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Purpose Statement
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance in and around the plant and plant grounds. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Ensure that the operations on the processing lines are running safely, smoothly and properly.

Aid with refrigeration/freezer repair.

Work within our facility and utilize Maintenance plan for controls of repairs to be made during production times.
Be flexible and assist in other areas of the company when requested.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to communicate well with all levels of management and employees.
Ability to prioritize projects and daily assignments, follow and reports results of PM schedules and repair schedules as assigned.
Ability to recognize the operating mechanisms of various fish processing/packaging machines at the plant.
Ability to initiate new and routine procedures by encouraging teamwork and cooperation without being attended.
Possesses or willing to obtain a boiler operator's license.
Flexible to attend training recommended by plant management, could include basic electrical, refrigeration systems, specialized equipment such as the packaging machines and processing.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Experience working in manufacturing or food processing environments is a plus.
Excellent ability to work well independently or in a team atmosphere.
Must be self-directed and be able to work without supervision.
