    About the Role This position will be responsible for completing investigations and provide support to the PEM Incident Management Unit. They will be primarily responsible for investigating allegations of abuse, neglect or mistreatment of persons supported and ensuring the integrity of the investigation process. The VP is also responsible for ensuring that the program operates in accordance with all regulations outlined by ORR and OCFS, and in a manner consistent with the organization's mission and values. QUALIFICATIONS: * Master's degree in Human Services or related field, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in child welfare administration (Master's degree preferred). * Minimum 5 years of experience in program management. * Direct service delivery experience. * Experience with TF-CBT and education is a plus. * Experience working with traumatized/exploited children and children with challenging behaviors. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, community groups, the courts, other agencies, and the public. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a must. * Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
