* identify and collect current measures involving production quantity, quality, time, and costs.
* Clarify company objectives involving schedule time, development expense, manufacturing costs, and product performance/features; conducting benefits analyses; facilitating studies and discussions, such as, plant flows, space utilization, material handling, costs; calculating the cost of delay; evaluating trade-offs among development objectives.
* Prepare plans, specifications; and integrations; making time-saving decisions.
* Improves development evaluations by introducing new and improved analytical techniques and models.
* Prepares development reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing profit improvement, efficiency, cost reduction, and customer service data and trends.
* Conducting training programs involving new concepts, tools, and techniques.
* Track results; participate in educational opportunities; developing personal networks; reading professional publications

* Install, repair and maintain plant electronic/electrical equipment.
* Drive world class operation.
* As well as manage Site HOS journey.
* Manage maintenance team members on first shift operations at the Santa Ana facility.
* Establish strong lines of communication with the employees, day shift supervisor, and Site Manager.
* Disseminate information to the team, and champion change within the factories;
* Manage multiple projects to drive results, remove barriers, and maintain a bias for action.
* Expectations for managing project based results will be high, given limited employee base.
* Be tactful, direct, and consistent in the handling of performance and employee issues
* Serve as a communication link between the Site Manager, other team leaders, leadership team members and other support functions;

* Job/Production Standards:
* Incumbent must have a qualified trade skill (see education below) and be capable of providing maintenance, fabrication, or installation of plant equipment.
* With the acquired trade skills and with proper supervision, maintain mechanical electrical and building maintenance of the Charleston/Sleeve plant.
* Work must be completed in a timely and professional manner.
* Must be able to work harmoniously with others in job capacity.
* The company’s safety and OSHA programs must be adhered to at all times.
* Lead foundational work efforts to prepare the site for full-scale deployment.
* Baseline and planning – created value stream map (VSM), model the site to reflect future state, Lean Manufacturing.
* Continuous Improvement Champion for the site, implement kaizen events at the site
* Coached and mentor leaders on HOS principles & practices
* Integrate Lean Six Sigma Plus tools, utilized statistical process control (SPC) to make data driven decisions
* Implement Lean manufacturing methods,
* Lead cross functional teams in Gemba walks and Kaizen Events to Continuously Improve operational efficiency
