Engineering Manufacturing Leadership Program Requirements: Upcoming or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar degree Strong interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Design; proven ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Design is preferred Demonstrated experience in reading blueprints and understanding manufacturing process flow CAD/CAM software use and management (SolidWorks preferred) Change management and innovative mindset Enthusiasm for learning and commitment to career development Versatility, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity Detail oriented Must work well with others and able to lead and give direction Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership, analytical, problem solving & sound decision-making skills are required.
