Momchil Kyurkchiev is Leanplum's co-founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO). Prior to Leanplum, Momchil was at Google, where he started his career as a software engineer. During his five years at Google, Momchil launched multiple quality improvements to YouTube’s ranking algorithms, which resulted in millions of dollars in additional revenue. He also built some of the core A/B testing infrastructure for featured video ads.

Andrew First is the co-founder and Chief Technologist at Leanplum, where he is responsible for Leanplum’s technical vision and strategy. Prior to Leanplum, Andrew worked as a Software Engineer at Google and generated millions of dollars of additional revenue for YouTube. Andrew graduated summa cum laude with a BSE from Duke in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science, and is a recipient of Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2017. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, and piano.

Prior to Leanplum, he held numerous leadership positions, including CEO at Reachdesk, VP of global sales at Conductor, and various sales leadership roles at Netsuite, Oracle, and RightNow (acquired by Oracle).
