The IT Service Desk Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery and management of second-level IT support services, with a focus on network, compute, and end-user environments. The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Manage the daily operations of Level 2 Production Support delivered by third-party vendors under the MSA.

SR. DATA ENGINEER, PALANTIR FOUNDRY
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - WORLD HEADQUARTERS
As a member of the IT Central Foundry COE team, the Sr. Software Engineer will be a highly motivated self-starter that embraces the challenge of implementing digital transformation while being part of the AI revolution at Lear! They will design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions that optimize operations across Lear's global manufacturing, supply chain and administrative functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into scalable Foundry based solutions.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Developing and maintaining Foundry pipelines, code-repos, ontology objects, applications, operational dashboards AI Agents and AIP workflows.
Partnering with engineering, finance, and operations teams to identify opportunities to deliver digital transformation.
Designing and implementing custom workflows in Palantir Foundry to aggregate and analyze data from diverse sources like ERP, Shop-Floor/MES, Financial, Program Management and Engineering systems. Through agile development cycles that include rapid prototyping, MVP creation through fully functional production systems.
Supporting the rollout of new Foundry features and upgrades across Lear's global operations.
Providing technical expertise and training to end-users, empowering teams to leverage Foundry for analytics, reporting and AI/ML.

Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
2+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry.
5+ years of experience in Big Data, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, ETL experience (Snowflake, Databricks, PowerBI etc.).
Strong proficiency and experience in Python, R, Spark SQL, and data modeling concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools like Git, Docker, or Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
Bonus If You Have:
Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
ERP, PLM, Engineering or other corporate systems experience in a large scale manufacturing environment.
Prior experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer or similar client-facing technical role.
Speak multiple languages.
