The Director - Operational Technology (OT) Network Engineering is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of secure and reliable OT network infrastructures across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between IT and manufacturing, driving digital transformation, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting operational excellence and ensures compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity best practices. The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Asses the current state of all systems manufacturing sites for OT assets and capabilities
Develop and execute the OT network strategy, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Stay current with emerging OT technologies, threats, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, ISA/IEC 99, NERC CIP).
Prepare and manage budgets for OT network projects and operations.
Support identification of OT-capable talent within the organization, including any future required roles like engineers, analysts, and technicians.
Establish training programs to enhance team skills and awareness of OT trends and threats.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 5 years in OT environments (manufacturing, utilities, energy, etc.).
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
Deep understanding of OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profibus, etc.) and industrial control systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS) and MES systems
Strong knowledge of network security principles, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and segmentation in OT environments.
Experience in integrating IT and OT networks securely.
Experience with cloud-based OT solutions and edge computing.
Experience in incident response and disaster recovery planning for OT environments.
Experience with network design and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.).
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards for OT security (NIST, IEC 62443, NERC CIP).
Proven track record of delivering large-scale OT network projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

The Logistics and Compliance Manager will ensure that materials, components, and finished goods flow efficiently through the supply chain - from global sourcing and production to final delivery - while optimizing costs, maintaining service levels, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

+ Work with Supply Chain and Trade Compliance teams to identify opportunities for savings on duties and tariffs.
+ Manage claims for lost or damaged freight as needed.

We are adding a **Field Engineer - Networking** to our **Novi, MI** team. You will be part of a team of customer support engineers who can analyze, and tackle problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively complex distributed control systems, sub-systems, and/or specific control equipment at customer locations. You will be in a customer facing position providing expert support for PLCs and or DCS systems. You will also provide direct engineering advisory assistance to the customer, and liaison within the company, on issues dealing with the equipment or related matters.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Perform a variety of related functions such as on-site instruction of customer personnel; writing and modifying maintenance procedures; quality control tests and/or product evaluation; provide complete and timely reports on all activities with emphasis on defining problems encountered, services.
+ Direct the efforts of personnel engaged in installation of control systems, sub-systems, equipment, or their routine modification/repair.
+ Provide direct engineering advisory assistance to the customer, and liaison within the company, on issues dealing with the equipment or related matters
+ Cultivate relationships with internal project teams, customer project teams and contractors
+ Apply your advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.
+ Provide hands-on training to our customers on-site or in a factory acceptance test (FAT).
+ Develop and maintain good customer relations.
+ Participate in the writing, review, and revision of field/operational manuals based on your hands-on work with these systems.
+ Provide support in networking technology, including LAN/WAN hardware, switches, firewalls, and routers.
**Who you are:**
You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities and you acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a similar technical curriculum, or relevant field engineer experience in lieu of education.
+ Understanding of basic networking and computer assembly/troubleshooting experience.
+ Understanding of configuration or design of Cisco networks
+ Be able to travel up to 70% to meet business needs. The travel requirement will be seasonal.
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ A working understanding Ladder Logic, SAMA diagrams & P&ID prints
+ Experience with DCS/PLC controls
+ Experience in the power and water/wastewater treatment industries
+ We provide on the job training, building on your solid blend of education and experience is a validated path to success.
+ CCNP or CCNA preferred
