Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with game day and event operations and management, including set up of select in-venue signage, hospitality events/suites, and game day displays Fulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for corporate sponsors (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.) Preparation of proposals/presentations using PowerPoint Use of proprietary company system to assist with creating reports, providing analysis, market research, Filing and data entry Communication with various departments of Athletics and promotions personnel as well as Sports Properties sales staff. Independently manage a full caseload, from initial consultation through trial or settlement. Conduct hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials with confidence and competence. Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements with minimal revisions. Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients throughout their cases. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and guide paralegals and legal support staff as needed. Qualifications: Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in family law required. Proven litigation and courtroom experience strongly preferred. Exceptional legal research, writing, and case management skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients during emotional and high-conflict situations. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
