The Training Manager is responsible for the oversight of training technicians, daily operations related to new hire training delivery, and development and maintenance of new hire training content. Training manager works closely with the human resources, clinical leadership, and territory operations teams for efficient and timely delivery of staff training services. BCBA certficiation is required to be considered.
This is a full-time remote position. Candidates can reside in any time zone, but must be able to provide support and supervision to EST based trainers. The primary schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST, but must have flexibility to be available after 5pm EST to support staff when needed.
Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 (flexible dependent upon experience)
