Cons of working at Learning Care Group

Bland, terrible & boring lunch & snack options & repetitive lunch/snack choices, staff favoritism, condescending & non appreciative feedback from management, promised full time schedule but rushed off the clock, money driven, not child driven, no flex schedules/poor work life balance, management allowed harassment from parents & amongst teachers, no inside break areas for staff, low pay, no positive feedback from managers, unsupportive managers
