Bland, terrible & boring lunch & snack options & repetitive lunch/snack choices, staff favoritism, condescending & non appreciative feedback from management, promised full time schedule but rushed off the clock, money driven, not child driven, no flex schedules/poor work life balance, management allowed harassment from parents & amongst teachers, no inside break areas for staff, low pay, no positive feedback from managers, unsupportive managers
Daily pay
Steady work
Thorough training through staff meetings
There have to be more upstanding people in charge and people willing to be accountable for mistakes & to not expect a certain standard for teachers when the teachers are not trained properly
I was satisfied with my wage
I felt that all demographics were represented when I worked for LCG
The children
Field perspective: Working with children is rewarding, corporate perspective: there’s work life balance
Field: overwhelming and understaffed with mediocre benefits, corporate side: there’s room to grow as far as D&I initiatives.
Unlimited PTO
I like the staff and the children
They overwork their employees. There is a bare minimum amount of staff per-kids. Whenever someone is sick and can't make it in it effect the whole school schedule. Same for if someone needs to leave early or just go to the bathroom.
The health benefits are good.
Helping children towards success
Toxic management environment
Full time employee benefits
