We are looking for a TD&E Learning Coordinator to work on-site, for 20hrs/week at our Bay Area location. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized and will possess interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:


Administrative work for TD&E team, sending class invitation emails and making phone calls to new hires with onboarding information Supporting e-learning courses by uploading and maintaining courses on an LMS system, assigning courses to employees, tracking completion, and doing administrative work on Coursera. Would handle logistics for in-person workshops or events in San Jose for Learning & Development.




Requirements:


Excellent time management skills, problem-solving skills, and both verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and personal computers Knowledgeable about learning management systems and e-learning platforms. I.E Cornerstone LMS, Workday, and Coursera Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data


Pay range is $25 - $30 /hr depending on experience
