What the role entails:

TKD is currently maintaining a hybrid schedule structured as Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-office with the option to be remote Mondays and Fridays.

We are currently seeking a qualified Sales and Leasing Associate for our Charlotte Hills and Whitehurst Mobile Home Parks located in the Charlotte/Concord, NC area.

We know you are the key to taking our company to the next level! Our Sales and Leasing Associate will be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for all aspects of selling manufactured homes. This position is responsible for engaging in dialogue with prospective tenants in order to communicate how living in one of our communities may benefit them based on their individual needs. They are accountable for dramatically improving occupancy and/or maintaining it at 100% occupied. This involves marketing efforts both inside and outside of the property. An A-player in this role is highly organized, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable and passionate about sales in the property management industry, with a proven track record of success.
This position also includes, but is not limited to:

* Ensuring property is at 100% occupancy
* Demonstrating a 95% customer satisfaction rate
* Maintaining an organized and productive office space 100% of the time
