POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education High school degree required, college degree preferred. SKILLS & ABILITIES Computer Skills Computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Entrada and Google Suite. Certificates & Licenses Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation. Other Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills providing for effective communication with residents, prospects, employees, peers, vendors, owners, etc. Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms and residences or commercial vehicles.
